The process was smooth from beginning to end. My contacts there Chris (and forgotten the name of the man who checked me in) were helpful and went above and beyond. i had a courtesy car which was a bmw but i wanted a mini and they accommodated that.

Chris was very informative and completed the re-call work on the day despite having no internet service first thing. He kept me in the loop with how things were going through the day,.

Staff very friendly. However issue over psyment. Paid via link on Friday. Collected car Saturday - payment not showing their end. So forced to pay again. Both payments gone through my account. Still awaiting refund. Collected car -flat tyre

They always look after me, their excellent cm service is why I wont buy any other car but a Mini in the future. I know the aftercare i'll recieve will always be amazing.

Great service from Chris Kentish at Group 1 Ruislip. Excellent communication on updates during the day of service. Really appreciate the loyalty discount offered on the service price given it was one of the more expensive services.

Aram was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for a great customer experience. He kept me informed with what needed to be done and the expectations for a timely collection too.
